The Seven Seas Water-as-a-Service® model has been successfully deployed for over 20 years, demonstrating our leading capabilities with project execution, financing, risk management, and operations. In addition to building new plants, the company is actively acquiring existing water and wastewater treatment plant operations.
SSWG aggregates more than 120 years of operations and maintenance experience, which is a critical factor in guaranteeing long-term, resilient, performance of any treatment plant.
In addition to the above, SSWG signed the first brackish water treatment plant P3 contract ever in the state of Texas, with the City of Alice, in September 2021.

We use only the most efficient and dependable equipment that yields the longest life cycles. We specialize in designing, building, financing, and operating medium to large water and wastewater treatment plants for industrial users, municipalities, and commercial developers. Our market presence in the industrial and commercial segment includes verticals such as corporate campuses, manufacturing, refineries, power plants, and mining.
In 2018, the company acquired AUC Group, a leading provider of decentralized water and wastewater treatment plants with over 2,000 installations since 1970. SSWG is 100% owned by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and serves as its portfolio platform for investments in water and wastewater treatment companies.
