In our first Energy Month webinar we would like to highlight two local initiatives to make renewable energy more accessible and affordable: Solarize St. Thomas and Share the Sun.

Solarize St. Thomas' campaign uses group purchasing of solar photovoltaic panels and batteries to lower costs and pass savings onto the consumer. Share the Sun is one aspect of the program, to provide Grants of 65% to 85% of the cost for both fixed rooftop and portable solar energy with battery backup systems for qualified low and moderate income families on St. Thomas.
