The Virgin Islands Electric Vehicle Association North (VIEVAN) is holding a road rally in conjunction with National Drive Electric Week on Saturday, October 3rd. Electric vehicle (EV) owners on St. Thomas and St. John are welcome to participate. There is no entry fee and each driver will receive a gift bag.

The rally will begin at Market Square East at 9am and travel westerly towards the finish at Brewer’s Bay. Rotary East will be distributing water filters at the starting area. At checkpoints, the Caribbean Green Technology Center will discuss its “Powering Through a Blackout” program, and prizes will be awarded to participants demonstrating the best driving skills.
